The Bella Moss Foundation is supported exclusively by donation. It developed from PETS-MRSA.COM, the website started by Jill Moss after Bella died, with help from Dave Roberts of MRSA-Watch.

The money it receives goes towards its work in supporting and promoting new research on MRSA and other serious infections affecting companion animals, sponsoring and participating in conferences and other gatherings of veterinary and health professionals, in publishing articles, booklets and other information aimed at helping pet owners to a greater understanding of the issues involved in MRSA and other serious infections, and in supporting its progress towards the completion of the Bella Moss Veterinary Clinic.

BMF is run by its founder, Jill Moss, with help from the Trustees, and has received donations from a number of celebrities keen to help improve understanding and treatment of serious infections that affect pets.
